Situaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En la estaci\u00f3n de trabajo se han acumulado muchos archivos temporales y eso puede provocar que el equipo funcione m\u00e1s lento, se limite el espacio disponible para almacenar informaci\u00f3n, o se presenten problemas imprevistos en el funcionamiento del software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motivo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Como suelen hacer los software, Sigue\u00ae ERP dispone de una carpeta temporal en la cual guarda, usa y elimina archivos temporales, que internamente gestiona para facilitar su trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debido a apagados imprevistos del equipo u otras razones, en ocasiones esos archivos temporales no son eliminados y se acumulan con el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soluci\u00f3n <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Cerrar todos los Flujos de Trabajo o ejecuciones de Sigue\u00ae ERP en el equipo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Desde el sistema operativo ir a la carpeta temporal del software que es C:\\Sigue\\temp<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Seleccionar todos los archivos y subcarpetas dentro de C:\\Sigue\\temp (puede usar Ctrl+A) y eliminarlos<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Observaciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    No debe eliminar la carpeta \u201cC:\\sigue\\temp\u201d, solo los archivos y subcarpetas que esta contiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Este procedimiento deber\u00eda realizarlo el Administrador del Sistema, si elimina archivos o carpetas incorrectos podr\u00eda causar da\u00f1os irreparables a la instalaci\u00f3n de Sigue\u00ae ERP o al sistema operativo de su estaci\u00f3n de trabajo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
